At Carpada, we proudly offer our customers FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times: Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, our processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times: The estimated delivery time of your package depends on many factors, primarily your location. Please see the estimated delivery times according to your country of residence:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4-7 days
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 4-7 days

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates outside of our control. Unexpected customs delays for international shipments may also occur, increasing the overall delivery time frame.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. For system-detected address issues, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at carpada@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after this time.
Delayed Delivery: At Carpada, we strive to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. However, there may be delays due to circumstances outside of our control, such as courier issues, severe weather, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.
Unforeseen circumstances such as product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays may also cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we encounter any issues with your order.
Carpada is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. However, we will keep you updated on the status of your order and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at carpada@gmail.com, and we will assist you. We recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information from you. We will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim.
Carpada is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the package is not found or delivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. In some cases, the courier may locate and deliver the package to you. If not, we recommend filing a police report.
