I bought two different types of knee pillows, with hopes that one would work well. This one is the absolute best knee pillow. It's soft, comfortable, yet firm enough to keep your leg from dropping down, and out of alignment. This pillow was a great investment, for my hip bursitis. Even after one night of sleeping with it, my hip didn't hurt in the morning, for the first time in a couple of years! I highly recommend this pillow, for bad backs, pregnant women, hip issues, etc. You'll love it as much as I do!
